We're sorry to see you go. Please read the cancellation policy, then send your request below. If you'd rather take a break, a hold might suit you better.
Cancellation policy
- All memberships require 30 days' written notice to cancel. Submitting this form counts as your written notice.
- If a renewal payment falls within those 30 days, it will still be processed as scheduled.
- Your membership ends at the end of your final paid period.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Any grandfathered rate ends when you cancel. If you return later, current rates apply.
