• To book and confirm your intro, trial class or visit, and to answer your questions.
• To manage your membership, payments, holds and cancellations.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about appointments, your membership and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the gym, such as our scheduling and customer-messaging platform, membership and payment processors, and advertising platforms, and only as needed to provide their services. Children

Kids classes are booked by a parent or guardian. We collect a child's name and date of birth only from their parent or guardian, and use it only to run the kids program.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as you're a member or prospect, and afterwards as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
